Made in Japan, these are made from the finest quality fabrics, and come with instructions on how to make. Simply cut the length, pull the inner chord, and you have your ready to use Pom Pom Bow!

1. Cut the Ribbon to Length, enough to make one bow. Make sure to cut the Ribbon on the other side of the seal (So the seal is included with your cut length.

2. Pull out the narrow ribbons from the center, at the open end of the length.

3. Hold the outer layer with one hand, fairly tightly, and use the other hand to pull the inner ribbons away from your bow. This will make the Pom Pom Bow take place.

4. After pulling the narrow ribbons out completely, make a knot at the bottom to tie off the bow.

5. The excess smaller ribbon can be used as a tie, for attaching the Bow to your gift.
